Bluemaarlin is a Manufacturer, Supplier, and Exporter of Industrial Effluent
Treatment Plants (ETP) in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We provide complete design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of
ETP systems across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Raigad,
Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Sambhajinagar, Ahilyanagar, Gujarat, Karnataka, Goa,
Rajasthan, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. We also provide supply and
services for projects outside India.
Why ETP is Mandatory for Industries
Industrial processes generate wastewater containing chemicals, oils, suspended solids, organic contaminants, and sometimes toxic compounds. If this untreated effluent is discharged directly into the environment, it can severely pollute rivers, lakes, soil, and groundwater.
Because of these environmental risks, government authorities and pollution control boards have made it mandatory for many industries to install Effluent Treatment Plants.
ETPs ensure that industrial wastewater is properly treated before discharge or reuse. This helps industries comply with environmental regulations, protect natural water resources, and maintain safe and sustainable operations.
Industries That Require ETP Plants
Each industry produces different types of waste-water, and the treatment process must be designed according to the specific effluent characteristics.
Capacity Range of ETP Plants
Bluemaarlin designs and supplies ETP plants for a wide range of treatment capacities.
ETP systems above 500 KLD can also be designed and supplied after detailed feed water analysis and site assessment
Types of ETP Systems
Depending on the project requirement and site conditions, Bluemaarlin provides different types of ETP installations :
We also provide all necessary civil and process drawings from our end to ensure smooth construction and installation, helping clients avoid problems during civil work and plant setup.
Our Design Approach
Designing an efficient ETP requires a proper understanding of wastewater characteristics. Our team carefully studies influent parameters such as COD, BOD, TSS, pH, oil and grease, and other contaminants before designing the treatment process.
Based on these parameters, we select suitable treatment technologies and system configurations to ensure effective treatment and compliance.
This ability to analyse the wastewater and design the right treatment solution is one of BlueMaarlin’s key strengths.
Common Treatment Stages in ETP
1. Preliminary Treatment
This is the first stage where large impurities are removed from industrial wastewater.
Purpose :To protect downstream equipment and provide consistent wastewater quality for further treatment.
2. Primary Chemical Treatment
Industrial wastewater often contains dissolved and suspended pollutants that require chemical treatment.
Processes used: Purpose:To destabilize suspended particles and form larger flocs that can settle easily.
3. Primary Clarification
After coagulation and flocculation, wastewater flows into a clarifier. The settled sludge is collected at the bottom and sent for sludge handling.
4. Secondary Biological Treatment
If the wastewater contains biodegradable organic matter, biological treatment is used to reduce COD and BOD levels.
Common biological technologies used :
Purpose:Microorganisms break down organic pollutants present in the wastewater.
5. Secondary Clarifier
After biological treatment, the mixture enters a clarifier where biomass settles down.
6. Tertiary Treatment
This stage improves water quality before reuse or discharge.
Processes used :7. Sludge Treatment
Sludge generated during chemical and biological treatment must be handled properly.
Processes used : Purpose :To reduce sludge volume and allow safe disposal according to environmental regulations.
8. Reuse of Treated Water
The treated water from an ETP can be reused for :
This helps industries reduce fresh water consumption and meet environmental compliance requirements.
Automation and Smart Monitoring
Bluemaarlin also provides advanced automation options for ETP systems.
PLC and SCADA based control systems are used in many installations to simplify plant operation and monitoring. These systems help record process data, monitor system performance, and improve operational efficiency.
We are also working on IoT-based monitoring systems where plant data and operational parameters can be monitored remotely. This allows both the client and our technical team to monitor plant performance and troubleshoot issues remotely.
Such systems help ensure smooth plant operation with minimal downtime and reduced operational complexity.
End-to-End Solutions
At Bluemaarlin, we believe in providing complete solutions rather than just supplying equipment.
Our services include :
We work closely with our clients to ensure that the ETP operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements.
Bluemaarlin Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing reliable and practical effluent treatment solutions that help industries manage wastewater responsibly while maintaining compliance with environmental standards.
